چکیده
Four samples of MFI zeolites with silica to alumina ratio 100 and using different carbon mass ratios (1:1, 1:4, 1:8 1:12) were synthesized by black particles. Silica-alumina molar imposes the framework structure zeolites. In general an increase in silica-alumina gel ratio, thermal stability, acid resistance hydrophobicity product increases ion-exchange capacity decreases. A higher (as high as 100) is considered. ZSM-5 being mainly microporous, their use catalyst restricted only small molecules. So, introducing mesopores zeolite framework, we basically tried overcome limited reactions involving large Pore can be modified particles during synthesis. Such type synthesis used introduce mesopore decrease crystal size zeolite. Different study pore under autogeneous pressure without adding any promoter or organic solvent. The characterized techniques such X-ray diffraction, FTIR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, TGA N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm. exhibit crystallinity (84-91%). particle ranged from 2.8 7.3 μm. Mesopore micropore was found increasing silicon ratio. These structurally meso-micro showed enhanced activity benzyl alcohol esterification reaction acetic acid. selectivity towards acetate all cases 100%.

Ca-modified MFI zeolite: A study on its synthesis, characterization and catalytic activity
Using hydrothermal synthesis process a series of Mobil Five (MFI) zeolites were synthesized with silica to alumina ratio (SAR) of 50, 100 and 200. The synthesized MFI zeolites were used to exchange with 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0% Ca(NO3)2 solutions for modification of MFI zeolites to Ca-MFI zeolite. The formation of MFI zeolite phases was identified by XRD and FT-IR analysis. TGA...

Hierarchical MFI zeolite was synthesized following a synthesis route using organic-inorganic hybrid surfactants; the resultant zeolite with mesoporous/microporous hierarchical structure exhibited remarkably high resistance to deactivation in catalytic activity of various reactions such as isomerization of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene, cumene cracking, and esterification of benzyl alcohol with hexanoi...

heteropoly acids (hpa) and their salts have advantages as catalysts which make them both economically and environmentally attractive, strong br?nsted acidity, exhibiting fast reversible multi-electron redox transformations under rather mild conditions, very high solubility in polar solvents, fairly high thermal stability in the solid states, and efficient oxidizing ability, so that they are imp...
